Tailored to your needs, you and Nicole will discuss your healing journey and she will guide you through a personal experience of relaxation and tranquility, along with breathwork and guided meditation to personally fit your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Please list any physical or mental ailments, or implants/joint replacements/heart conditions prior to class to the instructor, or at the registration page. If you are pregnant, please inform the instructor Please note that cancelations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event for a full refund. For Sound Baths please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket or pillow for comfort. If paying in person please pay up front before class via cash or POS (venmo, zelle).
